JAMES SLEIGHT

DESIGNER AND PHOTOGRAPHER

James is at present living in Harpenden but still has a working interest in his Design Group at Gerrards Cross.

Educated at West Ham College of Art and the London School of Printing, from where he went onto work in London art studios before setting up his own art and photographic studio near Marylebone station, during this period his studio worked on many major accounts both direct and with advertising agencies.

In his early forties he made a change of direction into design and created a design group called The Design Quorum which provides creative services to direct clients.

He has always been connected with photography first as an art director then photographer, he is now producing some of his own photography and making his own Giclee prints which are marketed under the name of The Picture Pot.
