Richard Osbourne - Blue Pearl

"My one aim is to give people who view my work the same great pleasure I feel when I take the photographs. They are labours of love: I literally love what I see when I'm working.

"In addition, I want people to look at my images every day for many years and still enjoy them. They are to be lived with - to bring harmony and positivity into environments, not just to startle or provoke or be trendy."

Richard Osbourne started photography at art college in 1987, taking it up seriously as a semi-professional in 1999 whilst working as a graphic designer. He turned full-time professional in 2003. His photographic artworks are in private and corporate collections.
